When paying by credit card, an additional window may appear asking you to enter your personal security code. Your bank will authenticate the transaction within seconds — ensuring that only you, as the cardholder, can authorize the payment.
🧾 Possible reasons for a failed card payment:

The cardholder information does not match the billing details (name, address, card number, expiration date, CVV).

Your card was not issued by an EU or internationally enabled bank (EASUN Power processes payments securely within the EU via verified payment partners).
