1) Shipping Costs

EU & UK: Free shipping on eligible orders shipped to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Other countries/regions: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown before you pay.

Please confirm your address and the calculated shipping cost before completing payment.
Note: Some remote areas may require additional transit time or surcharges (shown at checkout where applicable).
2) Processing Times

Orders ship within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Pre-order / back-order items will ship according to the date shown on their product pages.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Free specialized freight shipping for battery orders
Due to the size and weight of battery products, delivery is handled by professional truck freight carriers such as SUUS, Raben Group, Cargoboard, or Kuehne+Nagel.

5) Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, carrier, and a link to view status on the carrier’s official website.
6) Address Accuracy & Delivery

Please ensure your full delivery address and contact details are correct before payment.

Carriers may require a signature for high-value shipments.

Undeliverable or refused packages (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts) may be returned to us by the carrier. We can reship once we receive the parcel back; additional shipping costs may apply. If you request a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping costs (if any) and carrier return fees may be deducted where applicable.
7) International Shipping & Customs

8) Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales@easunpower.com and include photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product. We will assist with carrier claims and provide a resolution (replacement or refund per our policy).
9) Service Limitations & Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections, carrier capacity, remote-area logistics, or force majeure events may cause delays. We’ll support you in tracking and resolving any issues.
