🛒 Order Cancellations

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped or put into production.

If the cancellation request is made within 48 hours before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
📦 Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;

Returned in the original packaging;
-
A receipt or invoice is provided.

Please contact our customer service before sending anything back. We will review your request and respond with instructions within 72 hours after receiving your email.

1) When Easun Covers Return Shipping
Easun will cover shipping costs if the return is due to our error, including:

A product defect that cannot be fixed by replacing parts;

Wrong item shipped;
-
Order sent to the wrong address;

Duplicate shipment;

The product fails within 30 days provided it was installed and used according to the manual.
Notes:

Photo or video evidence is required for damaged/defective items. Without evidence, the return will be treated as a change of mind, and shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

All defective/damaged return requests must include evidence.

If the issue can be solved by replacement parts, we will provide parts and repair guidance free of charge to avoid shipping the whole unit.

Once we receive and verify the defect, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
2) When the Customer Covers Return Shipping
If the return is caused by the customer, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer (amount varies by region). We can provide a prepaid return label (the amount will be deducted from your refund), or you may ship to our provided return address using your own carrier.
For returns after 30 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy for repair/replacement options.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

If the returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete (and not due to our fault), we may issue a partial refund or reject the refund.

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider (processing may take several days).

Contact your bank (processing times vary).
