1. Is the EASUNPOWER 24V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery safe?

Yes. LiFePO4 is a lithium battery chemistry known for its thermal stability and long cycle life. The EASUNPOWER 24V 100Ah battery features a built-in 100A BMS that helps protect against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, short circuits and excessive temperatures.

Always follow the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.

2. Can this battery be used to start a car or engine?

No. This battery is designed for deep-cycle energy storage applications, not engine starting. It should not be used as a starter battery for vehicles or combustion engines.

3. Can I charge the battery in freezing temperatures?

Charging is permitted within the specified temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. Do not charge the battery below 0°C, as low-temperature charging can damage LiFePO4 cells.

4. How should I store the battery when not in use?

For extended storage, disconnect the battery from loads and chargers and store it in a cool, dry environment. A state of charge of approximately 50% is recommended. Check the battery's charge level periodically and follow the maintenance guidance in the user manual.

5. How long does it take to fully charge the EASUNPOWER 24V 100Ah battery?

Using a compatible 24V LiFePO4 charger, the estimated charging time is approximately 5–6 hours with a 20A charger or 10–12 hours with a 10A charger.

Actual charging time depends on the initial state of charge, battery temperature and the charger's charging profile.

Use a charger compatible with the battery's specified charging voltage.

6. Can I charge this battery using solar panels?

Yes. The EASUNPOWER 24V 100Ah battery can be charged using solar panels and a compatible MPPT solar charge controller.

Use a controller that supports 24V LiFePO4 batteries and configure the charging voltage to match the battery specifications. The recommended charging current is 20A.

Do not connect solar panels directly to the battery without a suitable charge controller.

7. Can I connect multiple batteries in parallel or series?

Multiple compatible EASUNPOWER 24V 100Ah batteries may be connected to increase system capacity or voltage, subject to the manufacturer's approved connection configurations.

Use batteries of the same model, capacity and compatible BMS specification. Before connecting batteries, verify their state of charge and follow the recommended wiring, protection and balancing procedures in the user manual.

8. What should I do when my battery arrives?

Inspect the battery and terminals for any visible shipping damage before installation. Check its voltage and state of charge according to the user manual.

Charge the battery using a compatible 24V LiFePO4 charger before its first use if required.

If the battery appears damaged, do not install or charge it. Contact EASUNPOWER support for assistance.

9. How many batteries can I connect together?

For a 24V system, connecting compatible batteries in parallel can increase the available capacity:

1 battery: 25.6V 100Ah — 2.56kWh
2 batteries: 25.6V 200Ah — 5.12kWh
4 batteries: 25.6V 400Ah — 10.24kWh

Always confirm that your intended configuration is supported by the current battery model and follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.

10. Is this battery compatible with my RV, trolling motor or solar inverter?

This battery is suitable for compatible 24V electrical systems that operate within its voltage and current limits.

Before installation, verify your device's required operating voltage, maximum current, charging compatibility and connection requirements.

For AC appliances, a compatible inverter is required.
